Description

Six Degrees of Black Sabbath finds connections between artists.  Any kind of connections may be considered - collaborations, aliases, personal relationships and so on.  SDOBS will give preference to stronger connections.  Just like Google maps, if you don't like a route(let's say it goes through Yoko Ono)  you can route easily route around her.   This hack uses data from MusicBrainz, as well as the Echo Nest and the Play.me APIs.

Note that I wrote quite a bit of the code for this app during a couple of snowy days in January.  This weekend, I did the Echo Nest and Play.me integration so that you can see album art and listen to artists using the Play.me catalog.
